It was overall a very nice hotel I would definitely stay here again I just wish the pool room was better heated but overall I can’t complain

We rented a 2 bedroom suite and a studio. The suite never cooled off below 77 degrees. It was hot and stuffy!
The studio had only one tv, and it was broken.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but we were very disappointed they did not have the manager's reception or food at night as advertised. The room was great and the hotel was in a great area for our trip.

Stayed in May. Room was very clean, staff was excellent. Management, however, needs some training in communication. Booked a room, was told shuttle would take me anywhere. Not the case, only for the airport. Ok, booked a ride to the airport several days in advance and it was cancelled without any notifications to me at all. Two drivers, neither would be in that day. If I hadn’t called to confirm the shuttle, I would t have known and probably would have missed my flight. Get it to together, communicate, inform your staff of the do’s and dont’s. Staff was great, I don’t blame them for not knowing.
