Unfriendly staff and poor room condition - with ventilation sysyem making such terrible noise that kept us up at night. Told the staff several times about the problems and HVAC system noise- they completely ignored it :(. Also, they charged us for parking that was not mentioned when we made the reservation.

The room was available upon arrival, the staff was courteous and complimentary valet parking for those with a handicap sticker.

Everything was great! Room and bathroom were very spacious. Bed was super comfortable and we loved the upgraded flooring. Staff was very nice! Will stay here again!

My husband and I booked a weekend getaway for our 27th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The front desk wished us a happy anniversary and gave us a complimentary breakfast for our stay. We received calls and texts asking if anything was needed. Our needs were met immediately. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were very attentive and friendly. For our last night, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious! Again, quick service, the staff was very friendly. Overall, the hotel was spotless, quiet, and close to just about anything you needed. We look forward to staying here again!

Check in process was a little slow. Only 1 clerk checking in guests. The aminities and valet service were great! I would recommend and have plans to return in the near future.

The hotel and customer service was really nice. Only complaint I had was the pool being cold after I was told it was a heated pool, maintenance was called, no one ever showed up to fix or adjust. That was a huge reason my family and I chose this particular hotel because of the indoor pool, additional activity when it’s too cold outside to enjoy the beach. Very neat and clean establishment.

电梯坏了，导致在酒店内出行非常耗时。酒店的餐饮还不错，如果不想出门的话，在这里用餐挺方便。地理位置绝佳，既能享受宁静的海滩，又能方便购物。往上走几个街区就有大量的餐厅、酒吧和商店。这里非常适合家庭和情侣入住。
我们不能使用游泳池，因为水太冷了，这是我唯一不喜欢的事情。
