• 入住小问题：抵达后，入住系统出现故障，我等了大约一个小时才得以入住房间。
• 员工服务：办理入住后，工作人员热情友好，信息丰富，乐于助人。他们清晰地介绍了酒店的设施和服务。
• 房间状况：房间干净，温度适宜。
• 客房服务延迟：第二天，房间直到下午3点才打扫，尽管我早上8点出发开会，下午2点就回来了。
• 浴室问题：水压很弱，淋浴时热水供应异常缓慢。此外，马桶也完全不干净。
• 客户服务：尽管出现了一些运营问题，但工作人员仍然热情友好，并展现了卓越的客户服务技能。
结论：住宿体验还行——某些便利设施，比如清洁度和乐于助人的员工，确实很突出，但系统性延误和维护问题降低了入住体验。因此，我不太可能再住这里了。
房间味道太难闻了，我点了根蜡烛，结果却收到了将近1200美元的账单！这太疯狂了！我吸烟什么的根本没被检测到，就因为我只是想让房间有更好的气味。这太荒唐了
入住体验很棒！地理位置优越，非常适合观光，酒店员工让我们感觉宾至如归。房间干净宽敞，设施齐全，我们所需的一切设施一应俱全。
在Sugar Lnsnd住得很愉快。员工很有礼貌。干净整洁，步行即可到达商店和美味的面包店。
入住期间，工作人员非常乐于助人，令人愉快。房间里如果能有微波炉就更好了
