The staff was amazing Maya, Nas and Lord I can’t remember the other young man name that actually checked me in, but they were all amazing. I always wished that y’all could kinda offer like scrambled eggs instead of just the omelettes but I’m always grateful that I had. Did you all serve a pork alternative like the turkey sausage so thank you so much for that because I’m allergic to pork. Only other thing was that the young man that checked me in asked me what floor I want to be on. I did say first floor he put me in a very close room to the lobby. however, for some reason, most of the time it was noisy right there in the hallway that was the only thing but everything else was great. I’m very grateful to them for making my time there at the hotel really good.

The hotel smells so good upon entering was clean & inviting. The front desk staff was lovely. The the room was gorgeous. It appears recently renovated. The beds & pillows are to die for. Only complaint, very noisy. Person upstairs doing laps in their room for some reason & stomping on the floor, planes, that sound like they're landing on the building every half an hour & we're right across from the kitchen so the prep for breakfast is really noisy.

room was super clean…staff is wonderful. there was a slight damage in the toilet when i first walked into the room. i made sure i alert the front desk so that i won’t be charge for the damage fee.

Clean room, staff is nice. Feels safe. The breakfast needs more choices. That would make the hotel much better. Maybe something else. But good for the price

I called Holiday Inn before booking and they said they do not charge an incidental fee. The hotel charged $200 fee and after check out informed me that it will take 3 to 5 business days to receive refund.
