No wifi, had to move rooms because of no functional tv, could not receive receipt upon check out and no one emailed it because “system is done” multiple lights out in parking lot.

Hot Tub and Pool were closed. Shower in our room didn't operate properly. Key entry system into room didn't operate effectively. Cleaning staff didn't speak/understand English. All we wanted was the bed made and she walked away and didn't do anything. Ice machine on 1st floor was broken and the Snack machine on second floor was broken..We won't ever stay there again.

At first, room looked very nice but it was not the room we reserved with a sofa seating area. Then discovered we had no towels and only 1 washcloth. The phone did not work, the remote was missing the battery cover. There was no wi-fi. It was quiet, as I think we were the only ones there.

Not very clean, dirty towels taken, then had to ask for clean towels, and get them ourselves. Just not the best place to stay.

Everything excellent except no coffee maker in room, too few towels and no toiletries. I needed to wash my hair and needed some body lotion. Also, the breakfast room was totally shut down NO COFFEE at 9:00 when the signs all said it would be open until 10:00. At $150 I expected better.

The room was tired and not well maintained. There were brackets for a mirror and pictures on the wall that had not been removed when the items were removed from the wall. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The toilet did not flush well unless you held the handle down for a considerable time. Then it would not stop filling. I had to open the back and push the plug into the hole at the base of the tank to allow it to fill. The toilet in the next room had not had that done apparently, because it ran the whole time we were there.
The check-in was very slow due to the computer system not working well. The signage on the outside of the motel was almost non-existent - only a 4'X5' durable plastic banner by the entry. In fact, we went to the Holiday Inn Express across the street, thinking it was our reservation, because we couldn't even see Abilene Inn. The parking lot was not well lit - only minimal lighting by the front door.

Stay was good but could use some help with cleaning it was dusty and the room we were in had black mold and in the bathroom. Went to the pool and it wasn’t heated and the hot tub wasnt working either. There was black mold in the pool as well! Not a lot of people which was nice! I think the breakfast could use some help! I personally think it needs to be updated

When we booked this property, we explicitly searched for Holiday Inn Express. The pictures were of the property across the street which is a IHP property. This was a bate and switch. The property was old, dated and derelict. The key system entry to rooms didn’t work. The minimal staff were apologetic and polite however the price charged was not worth the expense and honestly we couldn’t wait to get out of there. ******* took our reservation as if it was a IHP property and routed it to a different hotel.
房间还可以，床也不错，就是有点陈旧了，早餐一般，品种较少。
