The left elevator was out, which made getting to and from breakfast longer.
I needed a shower chair and the front desk assistant looked in several places, but couldn’t find one. However, she said that she’d keep looking and found one, bringing it up to our room with a warm smile.
Though the breakfast wasn’t very good, the staff was friendly and kept it stocked, even bringing back-up warmers when one stopped working.
I would stay here again.

In general, the experience was good, I didn't like that the jacuzzi didn't have hot water, the beds were very uncomfortable, limited TV and the room cleaning service was earlier than expected and woke us up.
