They checked me in but didn't give me my room. Did not clean room to we had to ask. Asked for towels never showed up. Asked for a pillow never showed up. All the Breakfast was cold. Very bad experience

The building is old and run down.
The Lobby is updated but the rooms are not.
We could not close the bathroom door because it is out of square.

Scary
Omg, the indoor pool was filthy, unheated, lights didn't work, and the door locks are faulty: I got locked in and couldnt get out, waited for someone to come in to get out, uhh safety problem?
Took stairs for exercise and ended up in a horror movie area ttying to get out.
The restaurant was horrible and super overpriced. For the price, stay elsewhere!

My room was absolutely dirty. The fridge leaked water all over the floor beforehand and we walked into a very musty stagnate smelly room. The kitchen floor was wet from the leak and a big black puddle was on the floor. The ceiling fan didn't work and the TV near kitchen also. For the amount of money i could have got a better room at the holiday Inn down the road. Also, the pool closed at 8pm. What a joke.

Wonderful stay!
From the time we arrived until we left , our stay was wonderful! Parking was close and easy and the hotel location was in easy walking distance of so many dining and shopping options. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked great!! The views were beautiful and the beach access was perfect. Overall I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Conference Stay
The room was an older room that needed updates. The air conditioner made noise all night. The shower drain was clogged and wouldn’t drain well. There was no hand soap in the bathroom on arrival. The room was across the hall from one of the restaurants, so it was noisy at times. Made for a long few days.
Outside, the pool was great & the restaurant/bar next to the pool had great pina coladas & food!

Rooms were not clean and need updating
Extra charges added to my acct that weren’t mine. Several things not in working order in our room. Phone, coffee pot, hot water in the bathroom sink didn’t work. Mildew around the shower and tub. Will not stay at this property again.
