The front staff was wonderful and our room was fine but the maid stole my garmin watch. My word against hers but it was there when we left for my sons graduation from Army school. Came back 3 hours later to change and it was gone. Lock your items up if you plan to stay here because one of the maids has sticky fingers.

There was no other activity on the lock other than with your room key until well after checkout time. Our housekeeping staff prides themselves on their integrity so I can assure you that a room attendant did not take your watch. I hope you find it. I was tired from work when I checked in. I was advised that they no longer had a pool nor did any of the rooms have tubs. Once i checked in the front desk attendant advised me that there actually were rooms that had tubs

一路向南，只是路过。去服务台办理入住，工作人员非常有礼貌，态度很好，这一点值得称赞。但他们给我的价格是每晚159美元。“绝不可能！”我心里想，于是上网查了一下，发现Trip.com上这家酒店预订只要102美元。我立刻就预订了。旅途劳顿，又热又有点烦躁，所以Trip.com上的价格简直是救赎。
我开始四处看看，这才发现所有的设施都要收费。不过，他们提供免费咖啡，这一点很棒！
进了房间，很干净。卸下行李，终于可以洗澡了！我照常洗澡，发现浴室是残疾人专用设计。有椅子和可拆卸的淋浴喷头，方便清洗一些难以够到的地方。然而，问题就从这里开始了。这个淋浴喷头本应该可以固定在提供的杆子上，你知道，方便那些可以站立的人使用。但该死的，它就是固定不住。一直停在我的腰部高度，所以我被迫只能用可拆卸的喷头。
算了，能洗澡就行，而且，说实话，这个澡洗得很舒服！然后，洗完澡后我发现，他们肯定希望我洗完澡之后再泡个澡。因为整个浴室地板都被淋浴水淹了，地板明显没有向排水口倾斜。要清理干净，你需要一个干湿两用吸尘器或者一个刮水器，而我的这两个工具都落在几百英里远的北方了！
我只好用毛巾把水刮到排水口，把地板弄干净。我可不知道他们是把客人当成了客房服务人员！我伴侣没法洗澡了，因为那样会再弄得一团糟。
所以，除了他们要是能对自来水和空气收费，他们肯定会这么做，以及我洗完澡后才发现泳池这些事以外，我住得还算可以。床非常舒服，早上我甚至不想起床，而且免费咖啡也很新鲜。工作人员理解我的担忧，并且非常友好地提供了他们的信息，方便我联系Trip.com办理退款。

我一周来这里两次。第一次我把水瓶落下了，当我问他们有没有失物招领处，而且我的水瓶还在的时候，他们非常高兴。我以为他们会把落下的东西扔掉。我很感激！
电梯和照明问题
电梯（两部电梯中的一部）出现故障，有时唯一运行的电梯会发出超载和“跳动”的声音。
浴室的照明不足，当需要更多光线时，工作人员要求我们将卧室的落地灯搬到浴室。
除此之外，一切都很好
工作人员很友好，详细介绍了附近的餐厅和花店。我需要给女儿买蓝玫瑰，这位可爱的女士推荐了附近一家很棒的花店。
