早餐没包含在内，因为我没吃早餐。不得不说，直到深夜，这里环境都很安静舒适，但之后入住的家庭多了些，家长们就没怎么照看孩子了。不过即便如此，只要家长们安抚好孩子，我就不用打电话给前台了。

首先，前台的Javion在这次糟糕的客房清洁事件中提供了最棒的客户服务。他尽力帮忙，但整体的清洁状况毁了这次入住体验。必须给他点赞！他竭尽全力地帮助我们。我们一共换了四间房，总共换了三次。1号房——入住时发现浴室台面和水槽上有头发。要求换房。2号房——入住时掀开被子发现床上有头发。要求换房。3号房——床上也有头发。由于工作了一整天需要休息，我只好睡在沙发上。酒店很漂亮，我上次入住体验也很棒。客房清洁部门应该为他们糟糕的清洁工作负责。客房清洁工作做得非常差。我希望下一位客人能遇到更好的情况，因为我们以后不会再入住这家酒店了。因为清洁问题而换房三次，在任何情况下都是不可接受的。再次感谢Javion的付出！
淋浴热水供应有问题——一开始以为会有热水，结果进去一看，水就直接变冷了。房间温度设定在70度，但热得让人几乎动弹不得。小冰箱也坏了。
房间里的空调有点热，其他都很好。
