There was not remote control for the TV.

Tavurvur, an active volcano on Rabaul erupted in 1994, devastating much of the town. It is possible that the recurrence of this event is the only thing which could improve this nasty little hotel - clearly the staff, friendly and helpful to a tee, are not to blame but whoever owns the place needs to start spending a few kina on essentials like cleaning, and cleaning, and maybe some additional cleaning. Bedsheets with suspicious & fresh stains, towels looking like they had already been used to wipe the bathroom floor, gecko droppings on most horizontal surfaces & some vertical ones. Clean the place, and maybe people will stay & write nice reviews.

含接送服务，位于市中心，交通便利。他们帮忙安排的拉包尔观光出租车价格也很合理。这里有餐厅和酒水商店，这在科科波（Kokopo）这种下午6点就关门的地方来说，非常方便。
酒店地理位置很好，离市场和海边都很近。这次我是为了面具节来的，从酒店走到会场大概需要30分钟，开车10分钟左右。前台的工作人员都很友善，不过考虑到这是个小地方，也可以理解，但酒店的清洁度实在是对不起这个价格……另外，不知道为什么差点被重复收费，这让我有点困扰。不过幸好在携程客服的帮助下，问题顺利解决了，这点很不错。
一直以来都是五星好评，员工服务一流，环境干净整洁，机场送机服务也很棒。
房间过时而且不是很干净。旧空调。就在中心。不要选择俯瞰主干道的房间=＞白天很吵。随机无线网络。它所提供的价格过高……但对于这个价格来说，没有其他选择。很好的员工。可以安排旅游。字体餐厅：披萨很好吃！！
