This hotel is in the middle of a renovation. Unfortunately we didn’t get a recently renovated room but our’s was still adequate for a one night stay. No breakfast offered. Only coffee. Pool & hot tub were good. I’m sure once the renovations are completed, the extremely dirty hallway carpet & many other cosmetic things will have been corrected. No one at front desk the majority of the time.

The room smelled like cigarettes! The sheer curtain was stained brown. Stains on the chairs. No shower curtain in the shower. Asked to change rooms due to the smoke smell. No other rooms available. Was not a good stay.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Pet friendly and the hotel staff were very nice. But there were hairs in the bath tub and we killed a cockroach in our room. I specifically asked for a room on the side of the hotel to use the side doors and all the side doors were barricaded off and you couldn’t use them. I was not told this when I requested the room. I was also told the pool was usable and it wasn’t due to it being under construction/remodel.

Broken room
Shower bar broken, town rack broken, no lock on bathroom door...broken. Told front desk within the first 30 minutes there......Never fixed the 4 days we were there.

We got there only to find out construction was being done and the pool closed.We did not stay over night there .We just drove home with my wife very unhappy since this was her birthday gift.

I would stay there again
This was a really great hotel. I would hav given it a 5 but the hot tub in the room didn’t work and that was why we selected that room. I would stay there again

They are redoing this property and it should be really nice but the condition it is in now it not great and they should really wait to rent rooms until it is fixed....

TV didn't work. hotel phone didnt work to call about TV. Weird smell from bathroom fan. no breakfast or lounge area meant small lobby was always crowded with people.

Good news.. bed and pillows were comfy
