I think that the Hotel is nice as well as the front desk worker. She was very mindful when I asked for more sheets. Overall, the staff is friendly. There seemed to be not that many staff at the hotel although they had great service, they could use some more employees.

We stayed three nights. Spent $560. They did not clean room once. They did not pick up wet towels or give us new ones. Coffee was always empty. Very under staffed. We felt bad for the employees and for the other customers. Never again. We suggest going across the street.

We reserved 2 queens. Got to the room and only one bed. We were moved to another room. This room's toilet did not have a flush handle! So, we were moved to another room again. We went out and came back late and found the TV didn't work. In the morning, we discovered the coffee maker also did not work. Big hole in the bathroom door. Carpet in hallway was bubbled up. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would not stay there ever again!

Nothing really nice about this place. Smells funny. Very dated. Not much choice in BEMIDJI but I am guessing there has to be better. Will not be staying here again if we can help it. Can’t believe no Marriott in area
