They need to provide a lighter weight blanket in the room. I don’t need a thick comforter to sleep well indoors. It’s way too hot! For that reason I didn’t sleep well or much.

Very clean room (which the thing I look for) and friendly service at the desk. Close to lots of options for eating out. Nice treadmill. The beds and breakfast were good but not great. We would stay there again.

What we are very unhappy. We were out in a pet room. It was the only room with two beds. We did not have a pet but was charged the cleaning and associated fees. We tried their customer service people to now avail, its a big joke.

酒店回复: Hello, looks like the only extra charge I can see is from a reservation that was made for the 18th, checking out on the 20th, under your name and credit card. This reservation was never checked into so you were charged a no show charge for one night only since we sold out that night. So to reiterate, you had two reservations and only one was utilized. Hope this helped explain the extra charge you are seeing. Sorry for the confusion and we hope you have a great day.

We just stopped for the night. Beds/pillows were great, room was clean, good breakfast. It was nice that it had a hot tub and pool but when we went in there at 11pm a group of kids came in and were screaming and super noisy, it was not enjoyable.

We had an assessable room. It was large and easy to move around everywhere. Bathroom had grab bar in all the right places. Loved it.

We booked last minute due to not being willing to stay at the first hotel we booked because of dirty conditions and the front desk staff were super accommodating and friendly. We were quite happy from the moment we walked In the door!!
