No hot water for two nights. Even the manager came up and confirmed. Heater spat out noise round the clock.

We have removed all hot tub pictures that are on our own website. We are sorry that you were disappointed by the absence of the hot tub but glad you were able to enjoy your stay in spite of this. 我们预订时并不知道酒店正在装修。施工每天都在进行，包括周末，从早上 8:30 到晚上 7:00。非常吵闹，令人不愉快。我尝试取消预订，但无法取消。我希望获得部分住宿退款。
