The staff was very nice, but forgot to put towels in the room, hallways were dirty and elevator doesn’t work well. It sounds like there is remodeling that is getting started which is needed.

Everything was great
We enjoyed everything about it, from the service. The gentleman for the evening shift was really nice, made checking in great. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was clean, and I would love to stay there again if we're in the area.

We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Anderson before my son goes to Anderson University. Sadly this hotel was rundown. It was also not clean. We were very disappointed because we paid a lot for one night. I will never stay here again.

A nice, clean, safe hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The shower head provided a great flow, hot water… a great shower. The free breakfast was delicious… the biscuits and gravy were especially tasty. The staff was very pleasant and helpful… great representatives.

Overpriced & Poor Maintenance
Above the tub the ceiling looked like it was going to fall down (see picture). The tub felt like the ground was soft underneath and the tub felt wobbly. This was a highly rated hotel so this was a shock. I was working nights and sleeping days and it was extremely noisy in this hotel. Total disappointment and extremely expensive since there was a concert in town - room rates shot up taking advantage of the public.

Refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. Moved to a second room and the same was beginning to happen in front of that refrigerator also. We kept the second room. Breakfast was delicious! Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.

Best hotel!
What an amazing place to stay! It’s quiet and oh so clean! The staff is friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is absolutely wonderful! When I come to Anderson again this will be my go-to home away from home.
