My experience way less than stellar. Upon check in I was told that rooms were assigned to people checking in that day early in the morning and as the rooms became ready that were waiting would be allowed into rooms based upon their room assignment from early that morning I was one of the last people to check in because all of the other people‘s rooms were ready for mine in spite of the fact that I was there earlier than them when I got my room the key and the locks were dented, showing that someone had tried to break in either multiple times or the very large crowbar, and it was never fixed Extra padlocks were put on the inside. The window treatments were broken and stuffed in the side rails to allow the sunlight to come in and the the ELECTRONICS that operated the curtains did not work. housekeeping never came to replenish towels or straighten up the room because they look and see if anyone has a do not disturb sign up at 9 AM even if it’s taken down at 9:05 you do not get housekeeping because they only check at 9 AM. This was never relayed to me and when I left the hotel at 9:15 I assumed my room would be cleaned upon my return at 2:30 to prepare for the guest and then I that I would be attending that day. This is did not occur I was offered a towel when I asked the h2o in the shower was not hot. Temp in the fridge was off and froze. My drinks. My exp of a 2 nights stay was not worth the $800 I paid and lastly although I was told that my IHG # would be added it was not. Ugh

Hotel was immaculate! Our room was in beautiful condition, fully stocked with perfectly cleaned bedding, towels etc.
We appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning, given the relatively small space it was a great selection and the food was tasty.
I like that a pool was available; even though I didn't have time to use it it's nice to know.
Finally, the staff I interacted with were quite friendly and welcoming, though I didn't get names. We checked in on Thursday evening at about 8 PM and checked out at about 9:30 on Friday morning; both of the front desk employees I spoke with were great.
Thank you so much for an easy and comfortable stay during a difficult time.

Would rather sleep outside
Stains on the sheets, shower pressure was so horrible and with the drain open it became an unwanted bathtub. Stains on the towels as well. Spiders all over the windows inside and out.

The service at the front desk was disappointing. The lady at reception was rather unfriendly. When we asked for an extra duvet cover or blanket, she told us to pick it up ourselves at the front desk. At breakfast, when I asked her for help with the equipment, she just told me to go and call another lady from a different room. It felt like she simply didn’t want to leave her chair, which gave us a very unwelcoming impression
