Shower was filthy and when requested to move rooms, I was told that they couldn't help.
In addition, I complained the front desk member regarding issue with noise in the light and super early hours and was told
That I wouldn't have the issue anymore because those rooms would be vacant and trouble makers would be leaving that day. Well, all lies because the people was there and rowdier than ever. Needless to say, I was lied to and didn't get rest as expected.

Had an enjoyable time, the rooms were newly renovated, however, ended up with a room that had fleas. We brought it to the staff’s attention and was easy to switch rooms, but the damage was already done, I will no long stay at this hotel during my visits. They stated they don’t have special rooms for people with pets.

Staff was terrible and one was sleep in the morning prior to check out, they couldn’t provide receipt and charged me $50 after I paid *******. I have to wait 7 days for reimbursement. Bathroom had dirty stains in shower and bed was lumpy with a stain on one of the bed sheets. I think I’m done with staying at Holiday Inn.

Comfortable stay, as always
The beds were a bit less comfortable than they used to be, and I think that's because during the remodel, platforms were installed instead of a box spring and the beds became a bit harder to sleep on. The breakfast food as pretty much the same as always - standard egg dish, sausage, etc. I do wish they had skim milk available, but only 2% is stocked in the refrigerator. The coffee is good though! And I'm not sure why, but there is only one ice maker and it's on the 3rd floor!
