Check in time was 3:00. I arrived somewhat later than that only to find, upon opening the door, that the beds were unmade. The maid could not communicate in emglish. I was relocated to another room.

The staff was not very helpful. I had an electric scooter and a kids bike that I needed to take to my room and the staff told me it was not allowed.
I was putting them in the furthest area of the room, so that it doesn't interfere with the fire plan. I was gonna carry it all the way from the entrance, so that no scuffs are left, but when I asked the person at the front they just said "nope, not allowed" so here I am not completely understanding why I can't bring my $1200 bike and $1200 electric scooter in the room that I am renting.

We enjoyed our little getaway. Close to anything you are looking for. Place is clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

Front door and pool door in the back works but the side door don't and my room had brown stains in the sink and since my husband and I already got situated we didn't take another room when I t was offered by front desk but I did ask were they lacking housekeeping and yes they are so I cleaned the bathroom myself with the cleaning products front desk offered and was told I would get a discount off my room

Overall Experience was nice. Nice and professional staff members, good breakfast, affordable room prices, walkable distances to the beach. My family enjoyed the entire trip

酒店还行，就是有点小贵。周边餐馆很多，位置不错。我们遇到了老鼠问题，给前台打电话后，服务人员主动提出全额退款，但因为是假日周末，酒店都订满了，所以我们没接受，不过他们还是给了我们一些折扣。后来我们从泳池出来，房卡就失效了，只好又跑到前台重新刷卡。
