The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable and the parking area had adequate lighting. I am usually awakened all night long by loud noises outside my room when I have stayed at other hotels but thankfully this hotel was very quiet. That was a big plus!

Overall the property was clean. The room was clean but the tub area in general could have been better. The breakfast was a paid buffet style breakfast with variety of options according to my mom. I didn’t eat breakfast. The workers I came in contact with during my stay were nice and greeted me with a smile. I lady attending to the breakfast area as well. The elevator need some WD40 or put in a work order. It was slow when moving like it needed some grease on it lol. Otherwise I had a good stay. I’ll give it a 8/10.

The location of the property to the highway is awesome. The area around the property needs some upgrading and the abandoned boarded up motel next door devalues the Holiday Inn. Wanda the front desk representative is OUTSTANDING!!! It’s worth the stay just to interact with her.

Everything was wonderful! The room was like being at home; I had a chair with an autoben and a side table so I could put my feet up and drink my coffee, the bathroom was very clean and had shampoo and conditioner and body wash. It was a big room with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Best of all, Wanda at the front desk is my hero!!! I was in town for a funeral and she gave me so much good advice and happiness ❤️ she sent me to the best seafood place to get some lunch before the funeral and gave me a little more time to relax before the funeral. She truly has great customer service skills!!! I loved everything about my stay except that I couldn’t stay another day…I slept so good in that room!!!!!!

Bed/pillows were comfortable and clean. Room temperature stayed cool. The area is quiet.
Carpet and bathroom was dirty. Shower wasn’t draining and it’s disgusting to bath in water that’s filling up from the previous guests. Perhaps the whole plumbing needs addressing.

Damp and smelly. Clothes hanging for days never dry. Constant smell of mold and mildew. Too old, tear it down and try again.

Well, I cant get passed how nasty this hotel room was...I did not have the time nor the energy to complaint and wait to be moved to another room.
But I do not recoment this hotel.
Dirty and it also took a while to give us a room because the key machine was not working.
So far none of the hotels in Louisina are clean, and I've stayed and very expensive ones...
My husband and I got some kind of rash from this hotel.
