The receptionists were kind and welcoming. Kyla was so warm, welcoming and empathetic as we shared we were in town for a funeral. She was kind, understanding and really did everything she could to make sure we were comforted.

住得很愉快
我们在222房间住了两晚。恒温器屏幕坏了，所以我们看不到温度，无法设置空调，也无法调整风扇设置。结果房间非常冷。床垫没有垫子，只有床单，而且床垫上污渍斑斑。没有当地信息：没有地图，没有餐厅推荐，也不知道附近有什么好玩的。床左侧的充电装置无法使用。浴室里没有挂钩可以挂衣服。浴缸的水龙头也掉了。除非我们是奖励会员，否则我们无法使用无线网络。前台除了清晨没有工作人员……晚上抵达时非常不受欢迎。这一切都令人无法接受，因为房间价格昂贵。我们对汉普顿酒店（Hampton Inn）的期望要高得多！
不符合希尔顿的标准
对于希尔顿来说，我们感觉像住在一家品质酒店。床单和床不匹配，我们一进门浴室门就翘起来了。淋浴间全是裂缝，水泥浆很脏。
前台的女士们非常专业、乐于助人且友好。房间与我住过的众多汉普顿酒店相比，简直出乎意料。早餐区看起来供应不多：我没有在那里吃过。
