Marriott should be appalled to have its name on this hotel. I am a loyal Marriott member, but this has me questioning my choices. We stayed overnight because our flight was very early the next morning. We had a 2 bed/ bath suite. The carpet was ripped up in several areas. It was too disgusting to walk around without shoes. In one of the bedrooms, the sliding closet door was missing and was just left with a filthy track. The refrigerator had more dents than I thought possible. Honestly, not even sure if it opened. Never again.

DONT STAY HERE
The room was extremely bad. The bed was caked up with dust and hair on the box spring. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom. The cabinets and bathroom door had holes in them. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. I will never stay there ever. Its a shame Marriott even let them carry there name. Its more like something you would see in a low priced room.

Property needs updating, as well as deep cleaning. Carpet's were dirty.

We had a great stay at the residence Inn. We had a lovely suite that was clean and comfortable with a nice little kitchen. Things are clean and well-maintained. We would stay here again.

Hotel was clean, but the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet in our room was frayed and the edge tacks for the carpet stuck threw in places. Refrigerator door was beat up and dented heavily.
Beds were comfortable.

This is the last time EVER that I book a room at a Residence Inn. The staff was not interested in their guests - to even say good morning back when guests greets you on their way to breakfast was asked too much. The room (number 119) smelled of urine, furniture and carpet were torn, there was mold in the bathroom and the sofa was simply crap. The room is for disabled people. It is certain someone had a little accident or a few more. At check-out I told staff to deep clean the room for the urine smell to start with. If you book and you are appointed room # 119 do ask to have a look before you accept. This room for over $ 200,00 a night was totally unacceptable. I was not in the mood to ask for a refund because my family had a good time at several places in Memphis - outside the room. To make a fuzz would spoil that.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Ruth. She showed us her southern charm. She upgraded our room for us for the week . Our room was clean, and spacious and very quiet all week Going down for morning coffee we were greeted by Tommi who has a ready smile and bubbly personality . The hotel is located within. Walking distance to stores and restaurants . When back in the area we will stay here again

Had a small family gathering planned. Thought Marriot meant “Good place”. Was I ever wrong. Smelly, dirty, run down. Don’t recommend! Torn carpet, dented appliances, damaged furniture, dirty oven and this I noticed without a close look. Very sketchy but to late to find something else.
