Room was fine and quiet, but the front desk attendants seriously need some training. The biggest issue was while I was using an empty meeting room to have a Zoom meeting in the middle of the day, the front desk woman was really out of bounds. I travel almost nonstop and have never had anyone throttle me over an empty conference room before. She threatened to charge me if I didn't leave right then. I had no problem with leaving, it was just that she was so loud and domineering at every turn our entire stay.
We left and spent a grand staying somewhere down the street because of the bad guest service.

We stayed six nights. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day. They came once and only when we requested it. Breakfast was only available for extra. I expect another hotel would have been a better value.

如果你能提醒客房服务人员，确保闹钟没有设置时间就好了。我的房间闹钟凌晨3:45就响了。我最后把那个该死的玩意儿拔掉了，因为我不知道怎么关掉它。我再也睡不着了。如果半夜不被吵醒就太好了。
我们预订了房间，但在办理入住时被拒之门外。工作人员说他们超额预订了，建议我们去附近的汉普顿酒店，因为他们已经联系过了。我们到达汉普顿酒店后，他们竟然没有预料到我们会来。真是令人沮丧。
一定会再次入住这里。一切都很完美，干净舒适。房间宽敞，设施齐全。唯一不足的是淋浴。虽然是无障碍客房，但淋浴喷头的高度不超过5英尺（约1.5米）。
温度低得吓人，而且无法调节。经理说他们经常收到投诉，但什么也没做，而且因为我们是通过*******预订的，所以他们不会给我们任何赔偿。
交通便利，房间很棒，员工友好。价格实惠，品质不错。
