Had to go to front desk for linens for pull out bed. Pool closed both days we came with 3 kids.

Mediocre best describes the entire experience. Way overpriced. Ratings from previous patrons saying breakfast was great. Not true. It’s better than nearby LaQuinta but will chose another hotel in the future.

This is our best place to stay however we were disappointed this visit with the cleanliness when we first arrived and no one ever cleaned our room while we stayed. Breakfast service was a little disappointing also machines broken not much variety. Staff is always exceptional. Kudos.

我从周一到周三都有预订。我星期六给他们打电话，问我是否可以在星期日提前多一天来并支付额外一天的费用。前台服务员说可以，我周日就入住了。星期二来了。
我认为酒店非常不专业，毁了我的旅行，因为他们不知道自己在做什么。服务很糟糕，前台说我必须离开。他们告诉我他们已经被预订了，我必须离开
我们凌晨3点到达酒店，入住的房间没有整理床铺，看起来是有人睡过的，垃圾桶里还有垃圾。他们确实给我们换了房间，但没有道歉。
