Furnature was very outdated with chipped paint everywhere. The beds were rock hard most uncomfortable but I've ever slept in a matter of fact really didn't sleep much pillows were just for like a better word just crap feather pillows that had been half-filled and when you laid on it it just came over the top of your face because your head went all the way to the bed the second night I had to call and ask for some pillows because it was just I couldn't do it two nights in a row. We were on the second floor I am disabled and the elevator was out of service there's no free option for breakfast which I understand the buffet and that's great but at least have some fresh fruit or something bananas or apples something that somebody can get that isn't eating an entire Buffet at that price. Also even your cheapest one of the mill truck stop hotels have coffee 24 hours in the lobby this hotel didn't even serve coffee in the lobby after 10:00 a.m. that's ridiculous we called and asked for trash bags because we didn't have any in our room for the bathroom trash can or for the trash can in the bedroom we were told that somebody bring them up they never came. This was by far the worst hotel stay I've had in a very long time and I would never go back there and I would never recommend it to anybody. And if you do and you're not happy don't try to tell the front desk staff they just don't care.

Love the layout of this hotel it’s very different but fancy and very clean feeling. Had great food at the grill restaurant there as well, we enjoyed our stay!

The staff and child friendly accommodations were excellent! After a long car ride we were tired and ready for our hotel stay. The front desk staffers were very welcoming and helpful. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant; again, the staff was fantastic and the food was great.
We’ve always stayed at a nearby hotel when we’re in the Asheville area, but as my husband stated ‘this hotel is a hidden gem!’ Thanks for your wonderful hotel, and friendly staff, we will definitely be returning customers.

Hotel and room were very clean,the staff was friendly and helpful.A very nice bar and restraunt with a very good breakfast.Only complaint is that the bushes at the exit to the highway need to be trimmed.Looking to the right to see the oncoming traffic was dangerous.

Upon checking in, the front desk associate was screaming at someone on the phone, to the point another employee had to ask her to stop. This felt weird at the time, and now after the post checkout experience we have had, it all tracks.
After checking out, we were incorrectly charged a damage fee for the room that we stayed in for one night. We called multiple times asking what was damaged and were told someone “wrote on a lamp” and we were being charged to replace it. We spoke to the front desk and management multiple times to ask for photos of said damage, none ever came. We were eventually told the charge would be reversed from the hotel by their Manager, Brooke Jones, and had to call three different times, it has been 2 weeks and we still have no refund.
If you stayed here, check your credit card, someone is clearly giving themselves side holiday bonuses on guests dime…
