Enjoyed our stay.,.room.very nice,.although unfortunately our friends room the heating seemed to not be working. Ours was. Only downside really was some traffic noice from Lord Street. Other than that happy woth stay.

Enjoyable stop over
We only stayed for one night as my husband had an early appointment. We couldn't of asked for a more enjoyable stay.

Good choice
Clean, welcoming, rooms large spacious, pillows were a little hard for me, breakfast was across the road at sister hotel, but excellent, chef was very helpful, waiting staff very quick to clean plates etc away

There are a lot of options for an evenings entertainment, music, outside and inside seating, dining in one of the associated businesses next door (The Grand, The Bold, Punch Tarmey's). We enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Beware of loud music
Nice hotel excellent staff, spoilt by very loud music from Irish Bar below till early hours. Poor sound proofing.

Room.was clean and tidy and modern. Bit of a strange hotel as my room was directly above a bar, no blinds on window to front so had to have curtains constantly drawn or would of been a peep show. Very noisy at night from bar and road with ourside noise. Had to go over road for breakfast to another hotel, the gym was a 10 minite walk and not on site. Over all clean, but wouldn't stay again.
