早餐还行。炒鸡蛋品质不错,就是能再热一点就好了。早餐其他方面也令人满意。房间相对干净,但看得出来打扫得有点敷衍。没有纸巾。下水有点慢。电视和床都还可以。房间价格很划算,所以总的来说是一次不错的体验。
万豪酒店急需改善地理位置
我每次去酒店,都期待着它能营造一个温馨舒适的环境。结果,走到门口时,我们发现杂草丛生,门也很脏。我们甚至不想碰门把手。门上贴着一个标志,上面写着健身房和游泳池暂时关闭。
光是这一点就让我想要求退款。走进房间,却发现没有更好的词来形容结局。早餐非常令人失望,大多数人除了鸡蛋和香肠之外,更喜欢热食,比如华夫饼、饼干配肉汁、香肠饼。还有新鲜水果和随时为顾客提供的饮用水,这真是太可惜了。顾客不得不主动修剪草坪和清洁前门,这真是太可悲了。
入住时,有人问我能不能看电视,我当时就觉得有点不对劲。房间里的电视只有几个频道,而且没有换房或减价的优惠。前台的插座也坏了,还有几个灯泡烧坏了。这家酒店看起来“老旧”了,需要好好整修一下。
对于一个四口之家来说,酒店只提供了一条毛巾和两条浴巾。当我要求加更多时,那位女士看着我摇了摇头,说“没有”,她不确定他们有没有。早餐种类很少,几乎没有选择。泳池关闭了,直到入住酒店才知道。床很舒服,但装卸门不是自动的,所以很难把所有东西都放进去。
没有游泳池。
这是我们三年来第三次入住这家酒店,广告上说有游泳池。这三次我都直接打电话确认游泳池是否开放,答案都是肯定的。但三次入住期间,游泳池都处于关闭状态。我觉得我们不应该支付全价,因为1号酒店谎称游泳池开放,而且是虚假广告。
需要一些整修
床很舒服,也比较安静。但是……浴室太脏了。淋浴间到处都是霉菌。好像根本没人清理过。看起来整个地方都需要维修和深度清洁。窗帘和浴帘上都有污渍。浴室里到处都是油漆剥落。
我们以前住过这里,那是一家不错的酒店。但现在我再也不敢这么说了。员工很友好,但维护和日常保养严重不足。到处都是霉菌和污垢。现在的Motel 6比这家酒店更胜一筹。
很棒的住宿体验
总体来说,入住体验很棒。浴室需要翻新一下。马桶每10-15分钟冲一次水,我们住了5天。浴缸垫应该更换或漂白,浴缸也需要安装浴缸塞,并重新填缝或漂白。
一切都很好,除了浴缸周围有很多霉菌,地毯也没有彻底清洁。到处都是面包屑,我还在水槽下面发现了一把脏兮兮的塑料叉子。
