The carpet was nasty it was filthy, the bottom of my feet were black wjust walking from the bed to the bathroom. The carpet in the hallway was torn and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Bathroom had mold, and it had a sewer smell. Theres a lot more but i will never go back.

They didnt mention they were under construction. All.the way to our room was a mess of sheetrock, paint and trash and out room was right in the middle of the mess.

Staff professionalism was lacking, they were fighting in the office and ignored us at check in for 10 minutes until we knocked on the door for the second time. The hotel was in renovations but it looked like they gave up cleaning at all during renovations. The room was disgusting, elevator was full of chaulky finger prints from the drywall. Bed spread had dried on plaster stuck to it. Will never stay here again.

The place is under construction. I was not told that. The pool was closed. The breakfast had no food most of the time. A very disappointing stay.

The property was under renovation. The Continental Breakfast wasn't good didn't have much and only had one waffle iron. Was very disappointed on that
Plus the towels were limited know face towels at all. Tub was very rusty and brown looking
I asked for a King size bed I was given to full Size. The paint smell was very strong.

Frist off ******* over charged me 11 dollars .It was suppose to be a 50 dollar deposit refundable when checking out .They didn't do that they told me in 5 to 7 business days after arguing with them i left ,then i noticed they had charged me 250 dollars deposit there liars i still haven't been refunded a freaking dime today im headed to file theft charges on them never again wilm i stay there its not over with them yet also speaking with a attorney Monday if i dont rece my deposit back TODAY

Poor rating
We were not very happy with the experience of the room. It was very damp. I was afraid to go barefoot on the carpet. The bathtubs need to be resurfaced. The lobby was the only good part that we enjoyed. There was a table in our room with a coffee pot on it that had an inch of dust underneath and some trash that should’ve been removed. The lamp in the room was rusted. We will not be going back to this hotel.

No pool. Breakfast on Friday was bagels, bread, and cereal. I asked the front desk clerk if they had any protein, she got me a frozen egg from the back.

Got there and the front desk lady was freaking out because there was a leak and she had to move people around, not a problem. We got to our room and it smelt like mold, the bathroom frame was all rusty, and there was a roach on the bed. The lady at front desk was very upset with everything going on, but she was very nice and apologetic. She let me look at a different room that ended up working out in the end.

Horrible
My stay was horrible. The carpet was wet and had begun stinking. The ceiling was molded. The bathtub was black and dirty. I have a lung disease my night there was scary. I would it recommend this hotel to anyone.
