Check-out was fairly straightforward, though there was no mention of where to take the sheets and towels. I spotted the bin downstairs, and so will know for next time. Also, there is no way to safely place the room key, when Reception is closed. There is a key box, but it requires a code, which I did not have. I was able to leave the key with a housekeeper.
