I felt this hotel met my needs. The staff were very nice and we had a nice quiet room. The hotel is doing some renovating, but that didn't bother us. They have a very nice breakfast and the chef is very nice. I would use this hotel again.

The only thing was the hotel is being remodeled. Our remodeled room was very nice.

The hotel is currently being rennovated. The 3rd floor, which was the floor of my room, was an absolute mess with debris and construction materials stacked in the hallway. I have pictures of the mess, and I would like a substantial or full refund for the poor current condition of the hotel.

terrible front desk, safety issues with room. Before, I left the hotel they knew the issues I had and I told them I was unhappy. Not one time did they offer to correct, lady just said OK. After I left hotel, I called back to speak to a manager to voice my issues again and possibly come to a resolution. Each time I called and asked for a manager I was sent to a voicemail that was full unable to take my message. Now I made a formal complaint via email to guest services Hilton. Everyone's experience is different and if my issue would have been resolved that day I would be writing a different review.

What I didn’t like was not being able to check when I got to Hampton at 3 o’clock. None of the rooms were ready and we sat in the lobby for an hour. There were four others waiting also. Two of them left and went to another
