Very weak WiFi could connect at all from second floor only first floor. Also, equipment in fitness room didn’t work. We stay 7 nights and and I requested to clean fully every 2 days only once whole time there. Very disappointed. Noise level was sometimes loud with garbage trucks every day outside the hotel. I would not stay there again.😠

Hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly. Only complaint and it’s a HUGE one is that at breakfast there was a note that due to staffing, breakfast was first come first served and once what they put out initially was gone that was it.

The hotel was clean, but under staffed. had to wait for someone to check us in, the tub in the room we were assigned had a slow drain we went to the desk for assistance and the clerk was not at the desk when she did arrived she apologized for the wait she stated she was the only one on duty and she was assisting another guest. the drain in the tub was full of hair my wife and the clerk cleaned it out, on day 2 of our stay we left in the morning we did not place the do not disturb sign out wanting our room to br cleaned upon our arrival in the afternoon we found our room not cleaned we informed the front desk clerk and at check out, their was no one at the desk to check us out.

we had a bracelet come up missing from one of our rooms and it was magically found by the cleaning staff after we checked out

They spoke with me about coming in a day later and still checked me in on Saturday when I didn’t arrive till Sunday and fought me about the charges.

Finally got a clean room. First night found a bed bug and so I went to the desk to switch rooms. The lady was very accommodating but it was an adventure to find a room that was in good condition. I ended up switching three times before I got a room that was doable. I felt like a hotel inspector. Some rooms were half fast cleaned, another had a leaking fridge as I entered. I don’t have any proof but several days when I returned it was clear someone entered the room and didn’t even make the bed. Just pulled out any towels and reset some. Very minimal. You would think if housekeeping ever entered, they would at least make the bed, but nope. Only thing saving this stay from a one star was the front desk lady that was really helpful and understanding.

房间又大又干净，住着很舒服，卫生也很好，没什么可抱怨的。唯一的缺点是沙发，靠垫上好像有什么东西，或者是面料磨损了。不过我们还是会再来的。
我们之前住过这家酒店，知道我们一定会住进一间干净整洁、服务周到的客房，员工也很友好。入住手续办理得很顺利，前台人员也很友好，房间也和我们预期的一样。唯一美中不足的是，入住第一晚，由于当地棒球锦标赛，酒店房间全部售罄。很多带孩子的家庭都允许孩子们在走廊里跑来跑去、摔门、踩地板、大喊大叫，直到深夜。这让我们晚上很难睡个好觉。第二晚的情况好多了，因为大多数人都已经退房了。

如果你想找便利设施，酒店本身就很棒。泳池虽然说是关闭的，但我们还是看到里面有人，所以我猜他们可能是挂了告示牌。如果你想吃一顿美味的早餐，唯一不错的选择就是肉桂卷华夫饼，其他的只有鸡蛋、香肠和其他一些基本的早餐食品。另外，早餐供应时间是早上6点到9点半，这让人有点不满意，因为谁想在周末匆匆忙忙地吃早餐呢？我只在入住时才和前台工作人员聊过，但他们都很友好热情。
前台的女士非常乐于助人！我们和垒球队一起来的，他们把我们安排在同一层楼，非常友好。房间非常干净！
