I stayed at this location for over a month, and the staff was very nice (especially the front desk). The rooms were cleaned professionally, and on a regular schedule. I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a nice place to stay in Germantown Tennessee.

The property had nice amenities. It was hard to find the entrance and there was no portico in case of rain. Hallway, elevator, and rooms were shabby. Nice area was dining and reception only.

First, I will say that all staff members that we interacted with were great - friendly and helpful. That said, this hotel, or as least our room, was in rough shape and badly in need of remodeling. Really everything needs to be updated. The kitchen area, the seating/tables/desk, the bathrooms, the curtains. The bed was fine, comfortable and clean. Marriott needs to step up and remodel this hotel.

The staff was excellent, very sweet and professional. Very attentive to guest needs. The room and facilities are clean, just a little worn down. The bathroom door and HVAC closet door in our room didn’t close/latch fully. It wasn’t a huge problem for us but some guests might not love that the bathroom door keeps popping open a bit. Despite that, I would stay again. There is a train track right across from the hotel. I wasn’t bothered by any train noise, but possibly super-light sleepers could be. ******* said there was a hot tub at this hotel (I filtered for hotels with hot tubs), but there isn’t one - just FYI.

Fine for an overnight stay
Our room was comfortable but outdated. The hotel is located in a nice area and we felt safe staying there as a family. The rooms could be updated and cleaned a little better but it was fine overall.

3) 早餐——鸡蛋是冷的，松饼也很不新鲜。
基于以上这些，我以后会考虑不再入住Residence Inn。
我等了好几个月才写这篇评论，因为总经理向我保证会“弥补”我的体验。现在六个月过去了，什么都没做。从入住到入住期间，前台人员一直很粗鲁。我的房间脏得要命：地毯都没吸尘，碗碟也没洗干净。我还担心一些安全问题：玻璃杯碎了，还有个灶台旋钮坏了，根本没法用。冰箱里的灯也烧坏了，而且一直没换。在我入住这家酒店非常短暂的期间，我向前台、客房部和管理层反映过所有这些问题，但他们都置之不理。谢天谢地，第二天我又在附近换了一家酒店。
房间宽敞，可以稍微翻新一下，但仍然很不错。工作人员很棒，热情友好，乐于助人。泳池干净漂亮。外面的露台令人赏心悦目。早餐和预期的一样好。我们一家人在这里见面并入住。周围环境很安全，我们很享受这次住宿。
脏乱破旧，满是霉菌
我入住的时候，房间里又热又霉。我以为是空调需要开。结果发现，地毯从窗户到房间至少6英尺深的地方都湿透了，到处都是霉菌，整个房间和走廊的油漆都剥落了。马桶也坏了。真是又脏又破的地方。
千万别住这里！太破旧了。真不敢相信万豪居然会把他们的名字挂在这里。浴室门框破了，看起来像是五岁小孩弄的。浴缸里发霉了。遮光窗帘撕破了。天花板上有污渍。走廊需要认真维护。前台很棒。酒店需要翻新。绝对达不到万豪的标准。
