Anniversary weekend
My husband and I chose for our 34th anniversary to spend the weekend going to Starved Rock. The stay at Fairfield Marriott was close comfortable and had everything we needed to make the weekend complete. Will definitely book again!

This was a good hotel, we aren't disappointed. Could have been cleaner in certain areas, but nothing that made me uncomfortable. Maybe clean the shower a little better. Breakfast was good, pull was nice (not sure they have cleaned around the pool area in a while), and my kids loved it. Room could have smelled better upon arrival, but maybe I'm just being picky because I picked the "best" hotel I could find in the area with most stars. It definitely cost more than the other hotels I could have picked. Also, they charged my card a hold for incidentals and I'm still waiting for it to get refunded.

We used the pool , tub, and gym! All adequate! We also left a pillow there and they contacted us about arrangements to get it!

I will stay again
great stay from check-in to check-out. Room was clean and had plenty of room. breakfast was great with friendly service. I would happily stay next time I'm traveling through.

Room was not what we paid for - had 1 bed for 3 people instead of the 2 we were supposed to get. Guy at desk was good about it, but no other room to give us, so my brother, 48 years old, slept on a blanket on the floor. Tried to hit the hot tub, it was green. So didn’t do that. Breakfast had no meat available.
