The front desk staff was effecient and very polite. Room was very clean! Housekeeping staff was very friendly.

Bad experience at the Fairfield
Staff- car alarm started going off at 9-pm continued past 4am. Complained to night staff 5 different times he stated he would take care of it- did nothing. At 3am I finally got him to move us to the other side of the hotel. He then stated he would not charge us for the room.
Next day at checkout. Assistant general manager stated she would not because he did not tell me that. Lie #1. Then it was she was not the owner only he could do that. Lie #2 . Then it was lie after lie. Finaly after 1 hr. of arguing with us she agreed. Do not stay here Staff is horrible!

很棒的住宿体验，会再来的。
今天开始春假了。孩子们在房子里到处乱跑。漫长的周末过后，我下午5点就睡觉了，凌晨2点就被楼上的孩子吵醒了，他们在我楼上的房间里吵得团团转，把我吵醒了，现在我再也睡不着了。
我们走进去的时候，接待员非常有礼貌，总是面带微笑。环境非常温馨。我们很高兴看到泳池开放时间延长了，入住手续也非常顺利。
还行。
酒店还行，但设施陈旧，简陋。提供热早餐很不错，但房间闷热，设施也不太好。
房间非常干净。这是我们第二次入住，我们还会再来的。
早餐结束得太早了。9 点后就什么都没有了。设施很干净，但很陈旧。员工非常友好。
过时，毯子/床单又硬又破。除此之外，对于我们路过的地方来说，还算满意
