Staff was great. It was the room, and the lack of care that is in these rooms. Multiple parties were complaining of TV's being broken, ac's not working, fridges not shutting. Our experience was there was hair in the bed and our fridge wouldn't shut. There was only one elevator working which was the case the last time we stayed at this location. This will be the last time we stay here as we had a similar experience during our first stay. Definitely not up to par with the other SpringHill suites we stay at.

The hotel was in a good location and overall everything was up to standard except the water in the shower. Both days the water in the shower was cold. It seemed like the water was getting warm when it was running in the tub but when you switched it to the shower it was cold.

Not the level I expected

Room we stayed in had broken floor tiles in the bath, black covered by new caulk at tub, paper holder was barely hanging on and been recently moved as the holes were still in the wall, sink base leg was bent and broken along with carpet torn. Lighting was very low. My son’s room was a little better. Except for the fridge that was frozen and made room for the milk for the infant difficult to keep in fridge.

Overall our stay was very good. I would stay at this property again. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the parking was convenient for a downtown hotel.

I feel like my only criticism is that the breakfast could have included more fruit options, but really, that’s not much of a complaint.

Loved the location it was perfect for our drive through the state. The staff was so hospitable. Placed near eateries after a long drive. Would recommend and stay again.
