我们完全没想到，在付了房费之后，竟然还要被扣150美元的押金，然后他们又给了我一张25美元的“免费”咖啡卡，让我可以在咖啡馆点东西，结果我却不得不付我点的那份钱，外加25美元的“目的地费”，管它什么意思呢。这家酒店真是让人眼花缭乱，收费过高，工作人员提供虚假信息，从我们踏进酒店的那一刻起，沟通就一直存在问题。
房间漂亮干净。我们对房间太热感到失望。我们试着把空调调低，但整晚都不起作用。泳池水很浑浊，我不想让孩子们在里面游泳，这很令人失望，因为我们只住一晚。我们去吃晚餐，我点的饮料好像是“德克萨斯日落”，被兑了水。他们换了一种好喝的葡萄酒。孩子们拿到了餐食，比我和我丈夫拿到的还早。服务很慢，但食物还不错。我们每天还被收取150美元的维护费，尽管我们只住一晚。没想到竟然有300美元，虽然他们说这笔钱应该从我的账户里扣除，我们拭目以待吧。满分5分，3分。我觉得我不会再住这里了。
我预订的是泳池景观房，结果却被安排到一间可以俯瞰屋顶的房间。工作人员非常友善且体谅我，但他们实在无法满足我的需求。
