This hotel is actually really nice in some ways and some ways not so good. The pool and stuff was great but it was really cold but it could also been the weather. It does need some TLC, especially around the pool area and the hotel itself is getting worn down. Our view from our room ****** it was a partial Ocean view but we also had a obstruction so that really didn't feel too good. Great access to the beach and the room was spacious. One of the best shower heads we've had at a hotel. The shower itself seemed to not drain well. Overall I would stay again but maybe wish for a different room. Room 209 was not the greatest when it came to view.

Staff were super friendly and take pride in their jobs. I have one suggestion. The exterior needs some sprucing (bannisters need repainting, building needs power washing, and patio areas needs some minor repairs.

Delayed check-in
We arrived early. We went to check in, and told them we knew we were early, but we wanted to ensure we got a room that we had requested. They had three hours to get the room ready before check-in. They were 20 minutes after check-in time and the room was just getting ready. We had to ask twice for our room to be ready.
