Everything was great except when we arrived to our room, we did not have any wash clothes and toilet paper was only a quarter of the way full. When I went to the lobby, the lady told me they were completely out of towels which I feel is unacceptable.

Stayed 1 night to visit Millikin. Best hotel I have stayed at in the area. Clean, quiet, conveniently located. Desk staff Trisha went above and beyond. Breakfast was really nice and I am pretty fussy. Hot, clean and many choices. I enjoyed my stay and will be back.

The service staff we encountered were very nice and helped us with an issue we had after checking in. Our initial room did not have a working secondary security lock on the door. We were promptly moved to another room with all door locks in place or operable. Great! The room was large and comfortable, but it could have been cleaner. The tub needed more attention and I noticed smudges on some doors and wall areas. Also, one of the extra blankets was clearly unwashed and had blue staining upon being removed from the bag.
