I would say my 5 star rate is because of the evening front drsk staff. This staff was very accommodating! We checked in around 4pm dressed up and ran to attend a function. Came back around 10:30pm and smelled the scent of **** upon entering our room--it was pretty strong. So our room was located on the 1st floor, we smelled a bit of it when we git ther earlier but didn't pay too much attention and thought that it was just going to dissipate, but no. We were worried that w/ a kid you is allergic to so many things, this smell might trigger something.So we informed the front desk staff and he was so quick to help! We told him that we were concerned how our child might react to the smell. He was so helpful and was sorry about the whole thing. He figured things out and was able to find us a better room. We all had a great experience, slept very well. Thank you to the staff who helped us out!

The maid came in our room 3 times while we were in the room and once was while my husband was in the bathroom which she entered and he had just got out of the shower. Bed was never made. Coffee and water cups were never refilled. Toilet was leaking. Water was dripping inside the wall in the bathroom. Ran out of toilet paper because it was never filled because the room was never serviced the 5 days we were there. Wont be back
