Everything was good except it was raining and the pool was cloased when we got there and then the following morning my kids wanted to swim and were told it was closed for the day because of rain. The sun was shining when we decided to leave. Seemed like staff did not want to open the pool.

The staff was incredible, The room was good didnt look like thw pictures but was fine. Like have the coffee and tea 24/7, Breakfast was good staff kept thw place filled and clean. The pool area needs some repairs and updating but thats just miner.

We had to change rooms the first night because the air condition had leaked a large amount of water all over the carpeting. And I've always not appreciated having to put my credit card down for "incidentals", then having to wait 1-10 days for the charge to be reversed on my bank account. This shouldbe against the law in America. Otherwise our stay was great. Nice enough pool and breakfasts.

The hotel was clean and modern. Staff made it their top priority to make sure we were greeted and treated well. A great location when visiting Weston MO. More options for food and entertainment.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

This was a nice and quite hotel away from the noise of KC but an easy drive to downtown. It is also very convenient to FT. Leavenworth and is just down the street from the main entrance.
