We are used to staying at Hilton‘s and Hampton Inn. Our stay at Courtyard Marriott was disappointing. To begin with, we were given the keys to a room that had not yet been cleaned. So we had to go down and get a new key in go to a different room. I had tried to do the key online, but the woman behind the desk, said that doesn’t work most of the time. We are used to a free breakfast and at least free coffee on site. Most other issues were rather small, but they accumulated, such as only two tissues in the Kleenex box,……

We just checked in about 30 minutes ago, and unfortunately, the experience has been underwhelming. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk for about 5–6 minutes. Once someone finally showed up, she seemed irritated that we were even there. Another staff member later arrived and helped two other guests check in before we were even assisted.
The room itself is very outdated and has a strong musty smell. Thankfully, we’re only here for one night—we arrived around 10 p.m. and are leaving early in the morning to drop our boys off at camp. But honestly, I’m surprised by the positive reviews this place has received. This has not been a great experience for us.

Overall was great. I would ask for non-highway/airport side room next time. Didnt hear any planes but trucks and motorcycles passing were occasionally loud.
