Staff was an issue on our stay. We had an aggressive call from the receptionist to keep the noise down … which was weird - we were watching tv and asleep by 9 pm. Our floor was quiet the most we heard was the elevator beeping. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Bed was not real comfortable, and the room was warm.
But also be nice if you had liquid hand soap in the bathroom similar to what you do in the shower with the shampoo and body wash.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Shower water was hot and soothing. Air conditioner was not working, but staff fixed it.

我们卸下行李后被安排到一间空调坏了的房间，不得不收拾行李搬到一间更小、更不舒服的房间，旁边是嘈杂的电梯。而且整个酒店都没有热水，在旅途中洗冷水澡可不是什么乐趣。酒店的情况简直是一场噩梦，我们可能不会再住在费尔菲尔德了。他们应该在我们入住时告诉我们没有热水。
这是完美的住宿地点。这里很安静，进出非常方便。离所有地方都很近。房间非常舒适。工作人员友好且乐于助人。
