Room was quite and clean. Staff was great. Went above and beyond. When we accidentally dropped our credentials for our Art Show for the next day, in the parking lot, the young man on the night desk tracked us to our room to return them. We would have been in trouble without them.

Everything was super clean. The staff was all lovely. I felt that everyone there was very proud of the hotel and its services. We were upgraded to a bigger room and it was very comfortable.

Didn’t take the time to eat breakfast. There was an issue with keys when we first arrived, but the staff were being patient with some other guests who were pretty demanding. They were more than courteous and explained what was going on, we appreciated them.

Extremely clean room!!! Especially the bathroom. The staff was most accommodating and made our stay most delightful! Breakfast was exceptionally very good with a large variety of protein-rich foods to choose from… best continental breakfast ever!!!! Thank you for making our stay most enjoyable❤️

We had first a maintenance man walj into our room, then they gave another guest a key to our room and he walk in on us. They also gave us the wrong room, two queens instead of a king. We moved rooms and one of the tvs would not shut off. They did fix the tv.
At breakfast they forgot to put out the oatmeal and the waffle batter.

The manager Jamie baker, canceled my parents hotel reservation for a wedding in town we were attending and another couples room when they weren’t ready at 3 when we were at the hotel, when we returned after the wedding the rooms were given to other guests and we were told no card was on file but that’s not true. Then myself my wife and my parents were told the police would be called if we didn’t leave the hotel. The general manager is on a power trip. Thinking about suing after this.
