Hot tub was cold so couldn’t use, the hot water kept running out in room, did not get any room service entire stay even after requesting it. Room was dark with very poor lighting. There is only one mirror in bathroom and none in the room which makes it real inconvenient when traveling with family and getting dressed. We would not stay here again.

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. The only gripe I could have is that the AC unit was loud and the light in the bathroom was dim but if we have another event in this are I will stay here again.

Property is in a terrible shape and the owners don’t seem to care. Customer Service was horrible, and the rooms were extremely dirty.

The elevator was dirty, fingerprints all over the interior. Floor desperately needed to be vacuumed. Our bathroom had a dirty tub area and the sink wasn’t cleaned.
The very nice man at the front desk apologized and said that someone in his staff couldn’t come to work and so things weren’t up to snuff.

Check in was fine. Hotel is in a tired area but convenient to a lot. The building itself shows its age but overall, good enough for a basketball tournament weekend!

Marriot used to be a decent chain. They have gone downhill. The elevator was dirty, the hallways looked unvacummed. Not even complimentary coffee the other chains offer. My bathroom had someone elses soap scum on edge of tub. And it wasnt cheap for a weekday. My last time in Marriot.
