Staff was great. Buffet breakfast, good quality. Room slightly outdated,waethered carpet. Bed was not very comfortable in comparison to other Marriot properties.

Staff was great - very helpful and nice. Room wasn't bad and was clean. Area around was nice, but outside the rooms at night felt unsafe. Lots of yelling and maybe some arguing.

We stayed here while traveling to Cleveland for a week with our 2 cats. The suite was large and comfortable. It was clean but showing wear and tear. Stains on the couch and the carpet was wrinkled. The floor in the kitchen was very sticky. Our biggest complaint was that house keeping did not come for a refresh when scheduled or when requested. I had to go to the office to get more towels, trash bags and coffee pods.
The property out side was very nice, quiet and felt very safe. For the price we would stay again but not exceptional.

Not ideal for solo female
Didn’t like that after you check in have to go back outside & walk to another building to find your room, mine was on ground floor, anyone could follow me, 2 big windows on ground too, when walked out my door anyone could be waiting outside. Had to walk back to lobby to meet Grubhub food delivery person. Wouldn’t stay here again.

It should be noted that the property also serves as a homeless shelter.
Housekeeping was terrible and my room was not fully cleaned although I was assigned that room at check in.
I was there for 12 days and breakfast was either an omelet or scrambled egg. No variety. People came to breakfast with shopping bags and filled them as if they were in a supermarket. Plates, utensils, milk, bread, fruit etc.
rooms are totally dated and need an update as carpets are stained, appliances are rusty.
Front desk staff were great and tried to be helpful so I can not take that away.
I would not stay here again if in the area.

My husband and i spent a weekend in Cleveland. I picked the hotel because it had high ratings. At is true. It was better than i expected. Only issue the bathroom is super small but everything else was perfect. Will definitely stay here again
