Stayed here for 6 nights for a family trip, the worst thing was the cleanliness but the staff made up for it mostly. Grace was fantastic at accommodating us as we ran into some issues, the tv wasn’t working upon arrival, toilet and bath was dirty and the toilet was leaking. The pull out sofa was pretty stained and nasty but she brought us a ton of comforters and covers to be able to get it covered & sleep-able on. The water was hot, staff was friendly and the heat/ac worked well so we made due overall worth a stay if you just need basics. Inspect the room before unpacking would be my recommendation.

Big room with full kitchen (full fridge, dishwasher and stovetop) and all cookware and silverware. Large sitting area and desk and breakfast bar. Comfortable bed, plenty of natural light. Complex felt safe and plenty of light in parking areas. Our room was quiet. Full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower (our body wash was completely empty though). Large breakfast buffet. Oatmeal and topping bar, eggs, 2 kinds of sausage, potatos, assorted breads and pastries, waffle maker, fresh fruit.

Grace, the GM was amazing to work with. The room I was in had a kitchen and fireplace. Incredibly homey, comfortable, and well stocked with amenities. Highly recommend.

Staff was great. Buffet breakfast, good quality. Room slightly outdated,waethered carpet. Bed was not very comfortable in comparison to other Marriot properties.

First off the lady and gentleman at checkout were very welcoming and greeted us with a smile. They made check-in so easy and hassle free. Once we got to our room though, I was completely underwhelmed. The rooms smelt old, the chairs were peeling, there was black around the air vents, the kitchen had 1 cup and lacked a lot of dishes, the walls in the kitchen had some kind of liquid splatter on it. All in all would I stay here again? Probably not, but I have seen worse.

Staff was great - very helpful and nice. Room wasn't bad and was clean. Area around was nice, but outside the rooms at night felt unsafe. Lots of yelling and maybe some arguing.

We stayed here while traveling to Cleveland for a week with our 2 cats. The suite was large and comfortable. It was clean but showing wear and tear. Stains on the couch and the carpet was wrinkled. The floor in the kitchen was very sticky. Our biggest complaint was that house keeping did not come for a refresh when scheduled or when requested. I had to go to the office to get more towels, trash bags and coffee pods.
The property out side was very nice, quiet and felt very safe. For the price we would stay again but not exceptional.
