The room needed updating. There is a need for more handicap parking. Of all the times I have stayed at this location, this room was the worst. The room was smaller, the tub enamel was cracked, there were wall patches in the bathroom from leakage, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating as usual.

Staff was amazingly kind and courteous, going above and beyond. Room was clean but in need of maintenance/work and smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was good, surprisingly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced in a long time. The bed linens were new and very nice, the mattress could use an update.

Staff was expertly trained and customer friendly. Room was flawless. Loved the in-room kitchen with everything we needed. Great shopping all around and some of the best restaurants in the country within walking distance or a very short drive.

The hotel was over nice, our room had a full kitchen which was a nice feature. The only down fall is it was late when we arrived the guy working was sleeping and it was kind of hard to wake him up. I was super tired myself so I was getting cranky that I was dealing with someone who was still half alseep. The morning crew who works the counter and kitchen was much more awake and efficient.

Old and tired
Really dated hotel in need of a refresh. Musty smell in the hallways with bathrooms feeling old and gross. Blackout curtains torn. 15 years ago this place would have been awesome. Still could be if they updated it.
