Staff was expertly trained and customer friendly. Room was flawless. Loved the in-room kitchen with everything we needed. Great shopping all around and some of the best restaurants in the country within walking distance or a very short drive.

The hotel was over nice, our room had a full kitchen which was a nice feature. The only down fall is it was late when we arrived the guy working was sleeping and it was kind of hard to wake him up. I was super tired myself so I was getting cranky that I was dealing with someone who was still half alseep. The morning crew who works the counter and kitchen was much more awake and efficient.

Old and tired
Really dated hotel in need of a refresh. Musty smell in the hallways with bathrooms feeling old and gross. Blackout curtains torn. 15 years ago this place would have been awesome. Still could be if they updated it.

Property was clean and well maintained. The Breakfast room was clean and the staff was quick to replace items that needed replenished.
At check in the young lady was very robotic, no eye contact, no smile just ran through the information like she was on fire, guess she needed to get back to her social. The receptionist was very sweet when we check out, she was engaging.

Everything was great minus having to pay a 1.50 for a tide laundry pod. Other than that things were great

AC didn’t get as cold as needed
The AC couldn’t seem to keep up … it would not go below 70 degrees even though we tried to get it to go to 67 or lower.
