Staff was very helpful & friendly, room was spacious, the lobby bar & fire pit area were both very nice.

This was a great choice! Kiki at the front greeted me right away, was so wonderful to talk to, she even accomodated by being able to check-in early. Hotel is open, bright, inviting and clean. Parking lot was brightly lit and the room and bathroom were so clean and amazing. Not sure abkut hot tib, breakfast, pool etc as we did not partake but I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Overall the hotel was clean but the room we requested, and paid for, was not given.
I’m in a wheelchair currently and needed accessible with a roll-in shower which was available King (less bed= more room to move as needed) when I booked 3+ weeks ahead of time. When we got there this was not available and we had to go with double queen with a tub chair.
These do not work well for all people based on mobility, etc. and no other option was given as they said all 6 or so of their other rooms were occupied even when we arrived only 35 minutes after check-in on a Wednesday.
I realize things can happen but this was a huge mess up on their part in overbooking accessibility needs. I requested to speak to a manager to voice my concerns as well as also talk about the difference in room price as there was one (I had paid more), and was told one wasn’t on site until the morning. I left a message for them to call me and that still has not happen.
Overall, if you need a clean place to sleep then enjoy. If you need an accessible hotel stay, don’t count your chickens before the hatch.

The room had small water damage by the window and bed was too soft for my preference. We were there for only one night. Great location. Great staff. Overall great experience. Would stay again. Room was spacious. No free breakfast.

Caution before booking at this location
Person at checkin asked intrusive questions that made me feel uncomfortable. I live in the same area and he asked about why I was staying there and I felt that was inappropriate to ask. I also experienced a large and unreasonable cleaning fee due to an unexpected health issue that unfortunately happened while I was sleeping. Very embarrassing for me and will not return to this property.
