staff is horrible. tv didn’t work, no water one day of stay (unable to shower& flush toilet) asked for compensation they offered to take off one day and instead charged me again! issue is still nt resolved

I was in room 125 directly across from the coffee bar and dining area. As soon as breakfast was being served and people started to gather my chance of sleeping in was out the window. Who would put rooms immediately adjacent to a dining room and coffee bar??? you would think that a major hotel chain would understand that people may be still sleeping. Not what I would expect from a Marriott!!!

Our main complaint was breakfast. Egg puree, Half frozen waffles. Canned syrupy fruit. Dried out baked goods. Staff and rooms were fine but, pardon the pun, the food left a bad taste in our mouths.

Bad experience at Fairfield
There was no hot water. The door to our room did close up without having to manually push it up to close and that toilet would not flush. The front desk clerk came in our room the next and indicated that the hot water had been turned off. He did something inside the toilet tank and was able to get the water to fill up so the toilet would flush.
很满意!住了四晚,很安静,也很干净
酒店不提供瓶装水和拖鞋,不知道这类酒店是不是都这样。退房时,我问前台能否寄存行李,等下再回来取,结果前台工作人员的态度非常恶劣,好像我提出了什么不可理喻的要求一样。唯一值得称赞的是房间确实非常干净整洁。
太离谱了,那位女士竟然对我患有自闭症的儿子态度恶劣,他当时都哭了。
干净的酒店,就是细节有bug:上一次住过的,隔音差的问题依旧;卫生间的推拉门开关非常吃力;电视的亮度没能调节。
工作人员不行
饭店整体干净整洁,前台服务专业,早餐饮品有热食很不错,房间大小适中,附近有一些大公司,商务人士的好选择。
