Clean property, safe, windows didn't keep out noisy traffic, loud & squeaky subfloor in the room. Liked elevator and fair breakfast. Few staple options for hot breakfast: eggs, bacon, oatmeal & no toaster. Breads stayed packaged on the staff cart in view, but not available for access by guests. Fruit was aged. Polite staff.

when we first got to our room and walked in, it was like walking into a deep freezer. Once we were informed on how to control the temp in the room, we were comfortable. Breakfast was not good. The eggs you can tell were microwaved, the potatoes were cold and raw. It was not fresh nor stove cooked

The hotel did not have enough towels for the guest. We requested towels for two days. One day they were doing laundry, so I asked again only to be told they only had a few washcloths and hand towels for the entire hotel.

When I went to my room the door was propped open by the lock. I walked in and there was a window open, battery on the desk, smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling. The front desk attendant did fix the smoke alarm, tested it and it was fine. However, he did so by unsafely standing on a cushioned chair in the room. I was concerned for his safety. I found it odd that the door was propped open and the window was open. Not exactly safe. The room smelled awful with an obvious deodorant trying to mask the smell. The AC looked very dirty, maybe even moldy. I would not recommend this property. The very friendly staff was the only upside. Kudos to the staff for their great welcoming demeanors.

The area has gone down hill. There were transients and an empty Unos Pizza business next door and the area is very worn dirty. It reminded me of homeless area. I was surprised at the surroundings as I’ve stayed here before many times. I felt unsafe going to my car or coming from my car even in daylight.

Our room was sooo clean, fresh new linens and pillows and no funky room deodorizer smells. Hiway traffic was a little noisy but doable. Thank you for the great room!!!
