Unable to swim in pool due to 5 kids running and jumping in, taking up over half the pool. No adult supervision and manager refused to enforce adult supervision or get out of pool area. I was hit in the back by one of the boys jumping in and a little girl was also hit. I have rods and screws in my back and i was in pain all night. Will never stay here again.

The place was nice the hallways however smelled of mildew and the wifi was horrible otherwise good clean rooms lobby and breakfast area with lots of options

From the pictures you might think it’s beach front. However it isn’t and the nearest beach is an expensive uber ride away. The hotel has a nice breakfast and the pool stays open pretty late. Also the grills and fire pits are a nice touch.

Stayed for 2 days and had a room
With a balcony. The vibe and view was awesome and relaxing . I sat out on balcony on mornings and saw dolphins swim around . The staff was excellent, rooms were clean and Destin beaches were 20 min away which was convenient enough for me . Would definitely stay again .

Started out nicely until we saw a roach.
At the beginning, it was great. The staffing service was excellent. They were accommodating by allowing us to check in early with a different room that they had available. Room was very nice and clean and we had planned on staying here for our future family vacations until my husband saw a roach crawled out of the linen closet in the bathroom. I discreetly brought up the issue to front desk staff to take care of that issue to not hurt their excellent rating. They cleaned up the bug and they must have sprayed the room while we were out enjoying our day at the beach. And the next day, we saw another big dead roach on the kitchen floor. We checked out of the place super early due to our bad experience with the roach issues during our stay there. My daughter and I were scared the whole time we were there. We took our bags and luggage and left it in the car in fear of the bugs crawling into our stuff. I chose this property based on the excellent reviews I saw and am very disappointed in the experience. Although the staff was friendly and amazing, my stay there was far from comfortable. I was scared, disgusted, and felt very uneasy during my short stay there due to my fear for roaches. The bathroom shower was not very clean and I had overlooked it, but I cannot overlook the roach issue. I will never book at this property again due to the encounter with the roaches.

Out of breakfast almost an hr before breakfast ended & no towels available the 2 day stay after arriving! Staff simply apologized & did nothing to help!
