Never Again!
Pool and whirlpool were cold as ice. Air conditioner wasn’t working well. And after changing keys 3 times, I left. No one seemed to care.

First time we had to change rooms due to no AC then we were on the first floor, was supposed to have a patio, didn’t happen. The doors don’t close good and the floor and rooms felt very humid.

Great property , really nice staff especially at The Bistro . Elevator broke no big deal , not a large enough hotel that it cause any type of inconvenience.

The best part about this hotel is the employees. Top notch talent. The hotel is old, smells like mildew, and the showers are disgusting.

清洁人员和柜台那位提供咖啡和食物的女士都很亲切。前台那位女士很安静，不太热情好客。我入住时问她总价是多少，她说“我不知道”。退房时她一句话也没说。我不知道发生了什么，但我以前住过你们酒店，从来没有遇到过问题！
到了房间，地板被空调弄湿了，我向前台报告了这件事，她说她会派维修人员来检查，但没有人来，住了两个晚上，地板被空调喷出的水弄得更湿了，我们还两次要了毛巾，因为游完泳后我们需要更多毛巾，但泳池边没有毛巾，他们从来没有给我们，真是伤心……
