Everything from the service was good friendly clean service….. but my room 109 had bed bugs other than that my stay was great

I come to Longview once a month, sometimes twice on business. Needless to say I will scratch this place off. The room appeared clean at first glance, but taking a closer look it definitely needed some major work. Spider webs with a dead spider on the wall behind the door. The bathroom needs a good scrub down, the floor was disgusting, the grout was so dirty it was black. The toilet lid was very loose and don't understand why housekeeping wouldn't have reported that. The vent in the bathroom didn't work and it was nasty too. There was mold around it and on the ceiling. Again why wouldn't housekeeping report it, they're in the room everyday. The bathroom towels were folded but had hair that you could see as soon as you walked into the bathroom. Lastly, the tv was so small, it was ridiculous. Point is, I would definitely never return here and for it to be a part of Marriott is very disappointing

Admittedly the facility is a bit dated however, it is comfortable and clean. A little disappointed that the front desk didn't always appear manned. I'm sure there was someone on duty just not sitting at the desk. For the money, it's not a bad place to stay.

Hotel was clean and nice. Photos are misleading as it’s not as renovated as it looks in the photos overall, not a bad place to stay.

Excellent stay. Motel was clean and staff helpful and friendly. The. Breakfast was outstanding. Best motel stay in awhile.

Permeating Odor Throughout
Check in and out okay. Work crew just hanging out by side entrances.
Location okay. Strong smell of **** in stairwells and hallways. When we asked front desk about it they said they could not do anything about it and to put towel in front of door. Cannot believe this has the Marriott name on it!

My room was a bit worn, especially the bath. The shower curtain was too short and mildewed and water dripped out on the floor. Tub/shower in general needed a good scrub. The front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast had multiple options.

I won't be back
It looked clean, but had a smell to it. There was a pillow that smelled sour. The bathroom was missing the tub drain cover and the handle leaked when turned on. Throw the sheets away when they have a thread bare spot.
